For our first road trip, we went to Ilocos Norte. First stop is the famous Paoay Church. For something that was built in 1593, its facade is still beautiful and impressive.
The interior needs some work done though, but it did not take a away from the awesomeness of the experience. I love how old churches are made.
After the mandatory photo op at the Paoay Church, we made our way to Pagudpud. On the way, we stopped by Kang Kang Cafe. Where we got to have a close encounter with the windmills. Those things make you feel like a kid seeing an actual live 'transformer' for the first time.
Pagudpud was some distance away. But boy was it worth the drive!
The waters were so clear and so blue! I got so excited!
